Ingredients
- 1/2 head iceberg lettuce
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1/4 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 15 oz can garbanzo beans, rinsed
- 1/4 cup Italian dressing
Instructions
- Slice the lettuce into thin slices.
- Cut the cucumber into half-moon slices.
- Slice the red onion into thin slices.
- Chop the parsley.
- Mix the lettuce, cucumber, onion, parsley, and garbanzo beans/chickpeas into a bowl.
- Add the Italian dressing, and toss the salad to evenly coat the vegetables with dressing.
- Season to taste with black pepper.
