Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 5 cups watermelon, frozen and cut into chunks
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 3/4 cup dry sweetener of choice
  • Lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients in a blender or food processor until smooth. Add a few tablespoons of water if the consistency is too thick.
  2. Eat immediately, or transfer to a freezer-safe container for storage.
