- 200 g self-raising flour
- 250 g Greek yogurt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tbsp salt

How to Make Speedy Homemade Bagels
Step 1: Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 200ยฐC (390ยฐF).
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
In a large bowl, combine:
- Greek yogurt
- Self-raising flour
- Salt
Mix everything together by hand until combined.


Step 3: Form the Dough
Knead lightly until you get a soft dough.
Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces.
Step 4: Shape the Bagels
Roll each piece into a rope and connect the ends to create a bagel shape.
